Q: Will I be notified when my order ships?
Once your ships you’ll receive an e-mail from UPS Quantum View, that will have your tracking number, and the scheduled arrival date.
Q: I can only select from UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day. How come?
If your order is being shipped to the Midwest or West Coast and you’re ordering a perishable product UPS Ground is not available because UPS Ground shipments can take up to 4-5 days to arrive, and our perishable products will begin to mold in 4-5 days if they’re not kept in a freezer. Even though your order is being shipped via UPS 2nd Day, you’re being charged for UPS 3 Day Select which is an complimentary upgrade courtesy of Vitalicious.
Q: What can cause a delay with processing my order?
There are several things that may cause a delay with the receipt of your order. Customers may enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if you do not select your flavors for our specialty packs. If our Quality Control department is not satisfied with a particular batch we reserve the right to temporarily postpone orders until a satisfactory batch is processed. Q: How do I store my products?
Once you receive our perishable products you need to put them in a freezer. Since our perishable products contain zero preservatives, they’ll begin to mold in 4-5 days if they’re not kept in a freezer.

All of our 2oz products are 1 point on the Weight Watchers point system.
Q: How many carbohydrates are in your products?

Q: How do you recommend heating your products after I take them out of the freezer?
Once you take our products out of the freezer (Vita Tops, Vita Muffins, Vita Brownies) you can toast them, let them thaw for 45 minutes to an hour, or you can heat them in the microwave for 20-25 seconds.
Q: Do your VitaMuffin Mixes need to be kept frozen?
No our Vita Mixes do not need to be frozen and they have a shelf life of 8-10 months.
Q: How long will your products remain fresh?
As long as our products are stored according to the instructions which are inserted your shipment, they will remain fresh for 8-10 months.
Q: How do I bake VitaTops with your VitaMuffin Mixes?
You grease our baking pans with fat free grease or fat free cooking spray, and you bake the Vita Tops at 400 degrees for 18-23 minutes.
Q: Is there a minimum I need to purchase?
